Key Information:
- Return Period: You can return items within 30 days from the delivery date.
- Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
- Refund Processing: Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 7 days.
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Return Process
In case you are not happy with the items that you received, you have 30 days to return them without giving us any reason. Once 30 days are gone, we won't accept the return anymore. To start the return process, simply drop us an email at info@parker-fashion.com. Make sure that the items you want to return are unused, unwashed and with all their original tags attached. Pack them carefully and send them back to us using a reliable courier. Bear in mind that you have to cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to reflect in your account. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or model, please contact us at info@parker-fashion.com with your order details and the item you wish to exchange and we will help you with it. Please note that you have 30 days from the delivery date to exchange an item and the item you wish to exchange must be unused and with all the tags attached.
Order Cancellations
To cancel your order, please email us at info@parker-fashion.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or dispatched we are unable to cancel it.
Orders with Issues
If you receive an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, please accept our apologies. Send clear photos of the issue to info@parker-fashion.com, and we will sort out the issue as quickly as possible.
